Conference
The 3rd Annual RISE Conference happened on October 22, 2010. The conference is our biggest community-building effort: a space where progressive and radical ideas, knowledge, and skills are shared. Thank you to everyone in our community who attended and made it another inspiring day of building a more liberated world through radical community.
You can check out the sessions and work shop descriptions from the 2011 conference here!
Check out the 2011 Community Keynote!
This is a must attend conference and it would help to empower social workers world-wide.
Is it possible for there to be a space at RISE for women of color to network and share opportunities to work together across our different campuses?
This is a great suggestion, Anisah! I will share it with our organizing team.
If you have specific suggestions about what this should look like or how it could be structured, please email info@riseconference.org.
I’d love to hear more about your thoughts about what kind of space would be most useful.
