Planning Meeting, 3/12/09 March 9, 2009

We are having the next planning meeting on Thursday, March 12 at 6.30pm at Washington Square Park.

This meeting will give an overview of the conference plan so far and identify next steps.

We are specifically looking for social work students and professionals who want to be involved in any of the following areas:

• Be on a general planning committee to lay the groundwork for the conference.
• Be on a topic committee to refine and review the conference topics
• Outreach to potential presenters and/or to NYC Schools of Social Work
• Advertising and Promotions
• Logistics, including preparation and day-of needs
